Delivery Issues

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@krustic.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

First time making sour dough and it came out beautiful!
I have been making bread for years but I REALLY wanted to make good sourdough bread. I finally got a good starter going. I was using regular bread pans to make the sourdough bread...not great. I finally found KRUSTIC and decided to invest in the oval dutch oven. WOW WOW WOW. What a difference. I just made my first two loaves and honestly, I could have eaten a whole loaf myself. After seeing my results with the oval oven I had to have the matching round. Before I could order it my kids got it for me for father day. If anything I like this one better then the oval. Again its beautiful and well made and the bread was superb. Excellent customer service for my questions and concerns. This oven makes great bread don't hesitate if looking for a round you won't be disappointed.
